304: as a kind of widely used steel, it has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical property, good thermal processing such as stamping, bending, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, no magnetism, using temperature from -193 to -800.

USES: tableware, kitchenware, water heater, boiler, auto parts, medical equipment, food machinery, wine storage, pressure vessel (chemical machinery, chemical equipment).

As a low-carbon 304 steel, 304L is similar to 304 in general state. However, after welding and stress elimination, it has good resistance to intercrystalline corrosivity. It can also maintain good corrosion resistance without heat treatment.

316 is low carbon and MO element is added, so its corrosion resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength performance are particularly good. It can be used under harsh conditions, and it is suitable for use below 900 degrees, without magnetism.

USES: equipment used in seawater, chemical industry, dyestuff, paper making, acetic acid, fertilizer etc., food industry and facilities in coastal areas, products specially required to fight intercrystalline corrosion.

For the two materials, the content of nickel and chromium is relatively high, while the content of Si is increased to make it resistant to high temperature and corrosion. Among them, 309S can withstand repeated heating under 980, the temperature of 310S can reach 1200 degrees, and the continuous temperature can be 1150 degrees without magnetism.

Application: suitable for high temperature electric furnace equipment, drying equipment and other key parts, furnace materials, aviation, petrochemical, electric power, etc.

The 200 series is similar to the 304 in price and economy.
