2. Continuous casting shall be adopted for stainless steel pipe fittings, so as to improve the overall yield of finished products. Besides, the combination with refining outside the furnace significantly improves the production efficiency, omits the opening process and saves a lot of energy.


3. Continuous casting of stainless steel pipe fittings is generally matched with the refining furnace, which has strict requirements on the chemical composition and temperature of molten steel;In order to prevent the secondary oxidation of molten steel, non-oxidation protective casting is required in the production process of continuous casting.The refractory materials such as ladle, tundish, sliding nozzle and submerged nozzle are strictly required.


4. In order to ensure the external quality of continuous casting billets, select appropriate maintenance slag;In the process of continuous casting, the vibration mark formed on the surface of continuous casting billet due to the vibration of crystallizer should be controlled.The ferritic stainless steel pipe fittings must be subjected to electromagnetic stirring during continuous casting.


5. After fine adjustment of molten steel temperature through argon blowing station, it is hoisted to big package rotary table for continuous casting.


6. After the molten steel is cast, the stainless steel pipe fittings generally adopt the same vertical, vertical bending or arc continuous casting machine as carbon steel.After refining, the molten steel is poured into the ladle, and the ladle is transferred to the top of the tundish filling port via the rotary table.The molten steel in the tundish passes through the submerged nozzle and enters the crystallizer to form and condense and continuously move down.


The solidified surface of the casting billet continues to be rapidly cooled through the second cooling section until the billet is solid in the core, and then it is cut by flame with a fixed ruler. The whole process of continuous casting of stainless steel pipe fittings is completed.
